We perform rigorous quality audits at two separate stages. The first audit happens directly at the factory in China before shipping. The second audit happens right here at our local warehouse before dispatch. Every motor is cycle-tested and columns are load-tested. Because of this strict random testing protocol, you might occasionally notice that your box feels slightly repackaged—that's just our team making sure your desk is absolutely perfect before it reaches you.
