Honest and simple. Here's what's possible before and after your order ships.

Cancelling before shipment

Changed your mind? As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. Just message us on WhatsApp or email support@yoodesk.store with your order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and process your refund to the original payment method.

After your order has shipped

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund under normal circumstances. This is because heavy freight, once in transit, incurs non-recoverable logistics costs in both directions.

Please order with this in mind — and if you're unsure which frame or size suits your setup, talk to us first. We're happy to get on a quick WhatsApp video call and walk you through the product before you buy, so there are no surprises.

7-Day Free Trial

Want to try your desk at home before fully committing? Our 7-Day Free Trial lets you do exactly that — use it, test the motors, check the stability, and if it's not for you, return it within 7 days of delivery.

How to avail the 7-Day Free Trial

  1. Add your product to the cart and apply the coupon code 7daytrial at checkout. This opts your order into the trial.
  2. Once your desk arrives, set it up and try it for up to 7 days from the delivery date.
  3. If you'd like to return it, message us on WhatsApp at [+91-9552187400] within the 7-day window to start the return.
  4. Pack the product back in its original, undamaged packaging with all components and accessories, and ship it to our warehouse (return shipping is arranged and paid by you).
  5. Once it reaches us and passes inspection, we issue your refund as a Yoodesk coupon code of equivalent value, usable on any future Yoodesk purchase.

Conditions

  • The coupon code 7daytrial must be applied at the time of purchase — it cannot be added later.
  • You bear the return shipping cost.
  • The product must reach our warehouse in its original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories included.
  • The refund is issued exclusively as a Yoodesk coupon code (not as cash to your bank or card).
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, or promotion.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are covered under our 3-year warranty — see the Warranty Information page. Don't worry about return shipping for genuine defects; message us on WhatsApp with a short video and we'll sort it out, usually by shipping replacement parts.

Refund timelines

Where a refund is approved (e.g. pre-shipment cancellation), it is processed to your original payment method within [5–7 business days]. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
