1. Fulfillment & Customer Experience Executive
Role Summary
You will be the bridge between YOODESK and our customers. Your mission: ensure every order reaches the buyer on time, in perfect condition, and with a smile (virtually). You will coordinate with courier partners like DTDC, track shipments, resolve delivery exceptions, and proactively turn customers into brand loyalists who leave positive feedback.
Key Responsibilities

Process, pack, and dispatch orders accurately within committed timelines.

Manage daily coordination with logistics partners (DTDC, Delhivery, etc.) for pickups, weight discrepancies, and RTO (Return to Origin) reduction.

Monitor real-time shipment tracking and proactively update customers on delays.

Handle post-delivery calls/messages to ensure satisfaction and request ratings/reviews.

Resolve customer complaints regarding damaged, lost, or delayed shipments within 4 hours.

Maintain a daily log of delivery exceptions and feedback trends.
Who You Are

Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment or customer support is a plus.

Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.

Good English & Hindi communication (written and verbal).

2. Digital Marketing Executive (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, SEO)
Role Summary
You will own YOODESK’s digital voice. From creating scroll-stopping Reels to ranking our blogs on Google, you will drive brand awareness, engagement, and organic sales. You understand that Instagram builds community, YouTube builds trust, LinkedIn builds credibility, and SEO builds long-term traffic.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for Instagram & YouTube.

Write and schedule posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube community tabs.

Optimize product pages and blogs for SEO (keywords, meta tags, internal linking).

Track and report weekly metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, and site traffic from organic channels.

Collaborate with the operations team to highlight customer reviews, unboxing videos, and BTS content.

Run basic organic growth tactics (hashtag research, collaborations, engagement pods).
Who You Are

1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and basic SEO.

Proficient in Canva, CapCut or Premiere Pro, and Google Analytics / Search Console.

Self-starter who can manage multiple platforms without daily handholding.

3. Operations Associate (E-commerce) – Freshers eligible
Role Summary
This is the nerve center of YOODESK. You will be trained end-to-end on running an e-commerce operation – from inventory sync and catalog updates to order routing and customer persuasion. Ideal for disciplined freshers who are sincere, speak well, and can convince customers to complete purchases or accept deliveries.
Key Responsibilities

Execute daily operational checklist: sync orders, update stock levels, generate invoices, and raise pickup requests.

Call customers whose orders are pending payment or likely to be returned – persuade them to complete the transaction.

Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure inventory counts match the website.

Process return requests, refunds, and exchange QC within 12 hours.

Flag any technical glitches (wrong pricing, out-of-stock product live) immediately.

Maintain daily reports in Google Sheets with 100% accuracy.

Freshers welcome; any graduate with strong communication skills.
