At Yoodesk, we are committed to providing high-quality ergonomic desks that meet your needs and expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and cancellation policy ensures a hassle-free experience.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:

Customers may cancel their order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation can happen only on whatsapp or through the platform you have purchased the product adding your order number to initiate the cancellation.

If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before the order is shipped, a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
After Shipment:

If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery. However, return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.
No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once a product has been successfully delivered.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must deny delivery when the product arrives.

Any denied delivery will be automatically returned to our facility.
Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If a product is returned in a damaged or used condition, we may deduct a restocking fee or refuse the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

Email order@yoodesk.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.

Our team will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

If a return is required, we will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
